Sydney-Stocked Lines
Products marked as Sydney stock ship domestically and are dispatched promptly after order confirmation. Delivery timeframes depend on your location within Australia, with metro areas typically fastest. Tracking is provided on dispatch.
Overseas-Shipped Lines
Products marked as overseas lines ship from our international partner warehouse, which allows sharper pricing — particularly on multi-packs and wholesale bundles. Delivery takes longer than Sydney stock, and the estimated timeframe is shown on the product page. Every overseas listing is clearly labelled, so the trade-off between speed and price is yours to make.
Age Verification
All orders are strictly 18+. Age verification applies at checkout, and deliveries may require an adult signature. Orders that fail verification are cancelled and refunded.
Returns
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, contact us via the contact form within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is confirmed. For hygiene reasons, opened or used disposable devices and pods cannot be returned unless faulty.
Order Issues
Missing items, tracking that hasn’t moved, or a parcel marked delivered that never arrived — raise it through the contact form and we’ll chase it with the carrier directly. You deal with us, not the courier.
